Software written for your exact vehicle. We remove the factory pollution limiters and optimise fuelling for SA conditions, so the engine burns diesel more completely. More power, sharper throttle, lower fuel use. No-smoke files only.
Automatic Gearbox Calibration
We calibrate the auto gearbox to hold a lower rev range and shift smoother, with no power drop between shifts. That saves more fuel, lowers engine wear, and keeps operating temperatures down.
EGR Handling
The EGR system feeds exhaust soot back into the engine and clogs the intake over time. Where it applies, we manage it so the intake stays clean and the engine runs reliably.

The Questions Every Owner Asks
Does this void my warranty?
No. BoosTech is a fully insured company and takes responsibility for all ECU work. On most vehicles the software change is not detected, and where it can be, we handle it. Services and normal maintenance are unaffected.
Is your work insured?
Yes, fully. We carry the risk on all ECU coding and flashing, so you are never left with a damaged ECU or a poorly running vehicle.
Could tuning damage my engine?
No. We assess each manufacturer’s safety limits and stay inside them, with no-smoke files only. If you are not satisfied, we work on it until you are, or refund you.
What is the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2?
Stage 1 is your first tune. It fixes fuel economy and adds power. Stage 2 is an optional second tune, done after Stage 1, for maximum power. You can bundle both together at a discount.
Will it actually save me fuel?
Vehicles typically save 7 to 20%, and more on laden vehicles. If your fuel efficiency does not visibly improve within 30 days, we remap it free, or refund you.
