Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Vehicle and enquiry information: vehicle type or fleet size, average monthly diesel spend, the offer or service you are interested in, and any message you send us.

  • Technical and usage information: pages visited, referring website, and campaign tracking parameters (such as UTM tags), collected to understand how people find and use our site.

We only collect information relevant to responding to your enquiry, providing you with a saving estimate, scheduling your tune, and (where you have agreed) sending you marketing.

We collect personal information directly from you when you complete our fuel-savings calculator, booking form or contact form, and automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse our website.

Saving estimates

Any fuel-saving figures shown by our calculator or sent to you are indicative estimates only. They are based on results achieved on previously tuned vehicles and will vary from vehicle to vehicle depending on the vehicle’s make, model, condition, load, route and driving style. They are not a guarantee of the saving you will achieve. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more detail.

Marketing and consent

We will only send you marketing communications (such as our fuel-saving tips, offers and email series) if you have actively opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe or emailing us at web@boostechcommercial.co.za. Withdrawing consent will not affect any booking or service you have requested.

If you submit a contact enquiry without opting in to marketing, we will use your details only to respond to that enquiry and will not add you to our marketing list.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations, including:

  • our email and customer-relationship (CRM) provider, Brevo, which we use to store contact details, send transactional and marketing emails and manage enquiries;
  • our website hosting and analytics providers.

Cross-border transfer
